Section 01
What Is On Your Screen?
The indicator has 6 visual elements. Here is what each one means and why it appears.
▲
GREEN LONG Label
Appears below the candle. Means all your conditions aligned bullish and the score hit the minimum. This is your BUY signal.
▼
RED SHORT Label
Appears above the candle. Means all conditions aligned bearish. This is your SELL signal.
📊
Score: X/10
Small label next to each signal. Shows how many of the 10 confluence factors agreed. 8–10 = very strong. 6 = minimum.
💛
BE✓ Diamond
Yellow diamond. Price has travelled 50% of the way to TP. Move your stop loss to your entry price — trade is now risk-free.
━━
TP / SL / BE Lines
Green line = Take Profit. Red line = Stop Loss. Yellow dashed = Break-Even level. The shaded zone is your trade area.
🟩🟥
Background Glow
Green tint = strong buyer pressure on both 15M and 5M. Red tint = strong seller pressure. No colour = market is undecided.
Section 02
Reading the Confluence Table
The table in the top-right corner is your dashboard. Every row tells you one thing about market conditions right now.
FACTOR
WHAT IT IS
WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOUR TRADE
1H Macro EMA
1-Hour chart: Fast EMA vs Slow EMA. The big trend direction.
BULL ✔ = Big trend is UP. Only take longs or wait.
BEAR ✘ = Big trend is DOWN. Only take shorts or wait.
15M EMA
15-Minute chart EMA crossover. The medium-term swing direction.
BULL ✔ = 15M momentum is upward.
BEAR ✘ = 15M momentum is downward. Must agree with 1H.
5M EMA
5-Minute chart EMA crossover. Short-term entry direction.
This is your entry trigger. When this aligns with 1H and 15M you have a valid entry setup.
RSI (curr)
RSI on your current chart timeframe. Above or below 50.
BULL ✔ = RSI above 50, bullish momentum.
BEAR ✘ = RSI below 50, bearish momentum.
15M+5M RSI
Both the 15M and 5M RSI are on the same side (both above or both below 50).
Multi-timeframe RSI agreement = stronger momentum. +1 bonus point added to score.
15M Pressure
15M chart is showing consecutive strong bullish or bearish candles (large body, small wicks, 2+ in a row).
BUY ✔ = Buyers controlling 15M.
SELL ✔ = Sellers controlling 15M.
NONE = No clear pressure.
5M Pressure
Same as above but on the 5M chart. The entry timeframe pressure.
Best entries happen when BOTH 15M and 5M pressure agree. That gives a bonus point.
Prior Trend ⭐ NEW
Was price trending UP or DOWN in the 10 bars before this signal? Confirms reversals are real.
UP ▲ (SHORT+1) = Price was rising before the SHORT — valid rejection.
DOWN ▼ (LONG+1) = Price was falling before the LONG — valid bounce.
EMA Slope ⭐ NEW
Is the fast EMA (8) actively moving in the signal direction over the last 3 bars?
RISING ▲ (LONG+1) = EMA actively pointing up — momentum behind longs.
FALLING ▼ (SHORT+1) = EMA actively declining — momentum behind shorts.
SCORE L / S
Total confluence score out of 10 for Long and Short separately.
6–7 = Minimum valid signal.
8 = Strong signal.
9–10 = Maximum — high conviction trade.
SIGNAL GATE
Tells you if a new signal is allowed to fire right now.
✔ READY = Next signal can fire.
🔒 IN TRADE = You are in a trade.
⏳ COOLDOWN = Waiting before next entry.
BIAS
Overall market direction right now based on the score.
⬆ BULLISH = Look for longs only.
⬇ BEARISH = Look for shorts only.
⬌ NEUTRAL = Stay out.
Section 03
The 10-Point Score System
Every signal has a score out of 10. The higher the score, the more factors are aligned. The v3 update adds Prior Trend context and EMA Slope to the original 8 momentum factors.
Original 8 Factors
1H Macro EMA direction
15M EMA direction
5M EMA direction
RSI above/below 50
15M + 5M RSI agreement
15M candle pressure
5M candle pressure
Dual pressure bonus
⭐ v3 Bonus Factors
+S/R Engine (0–2 pts)
Near confirmed resistance = +1
Near 1H major level = +2
+Prior Trend (1 pt)
Price was trending into signal
+EMA Slope (1 pt)
Fast EMA actively moving
0 — No alignment10 — Perfect confluence
1–5
Weak
Do not trade. Market is unclear. Signal below minimum threshold.
6–7
Valid
Minimum signal. Trade with standard size. On 5M chart, prefer 7+.
8–10
Strong
High-conviction setup. All or almost all factors aligned. Preferred entries only.
Section 04
Anatomy of a Trade
Every signal automatically places 4 key price levels on your chart. Here is what they mean and what to do at each one.
Take Profit (Green)Your target. The indicator sets this at 3× ATR from entry. Close your trade here or trail stop.
Break-Even Level (Yellow dashed)When price hits this line → move your SL to entry. Trade becomes risk-free.
Entry Price (White)The candle close price when the signal fired. This is where you enter.
Stop Loss (Red)Set at 1.5× ATR from entry. If price hits this, exit immediately. Loss is capped.
Section 05
Which Chart to Use & When
The v3 script is tuned for 15M as the primary chart, but with the right settings it works well on 5M too. The 5M setup is documented in full below.

1
Open the 15M chart first to read the BIAS. Is it BULLISH or BEARISH? This is your trade direction for the session. Do not skip this.
2
Switch to 5M chart. Apply the settings above. Wait for the ▲ LONG or ▼ SHORT label to appear.
3
Check the Score label. On 5M require 6 or higher (your confirmed minimum). For the highest conviction setups, wait for 8+.
4
Check the Prior Trend row in the table. For SHORT: it must say UP ▲ (price was rising before rejection). For LONG: must say DOWN ▼ (price was falling before bounce).
5
Check the EMA Slope row. For SHORT: must say FALLING ▼. For LONG: must say RISING ▲. If FLAT, skip.
6
Signal matches all above? Enter at market. SL and TP appear automatically. When BE✓ diamond fires → move SL to entry immediately.
✔ 5M Long Checklist:
- 15M BIAS = BULLISH
- Score ≥ 7/10
- Prior Trend = DOWN ▼
- EMA Slope = RISING ▲
- S/R: near support zone
✔ 5M Short Checklist:
- 15M BIAS = BEARISH
- Score ≥ 7/10
- Prior Trend = UP ▲
- EMA Slope = FALLING ▼
- S/R: near resistance zone
⚠️ 5M SPECIFIC RISK RULES
• Cooldown is 10 bars = 50 minutes between signals — do not manually hunt entries during cooldown
• Your S/R uses 1H levels with 10-bar pivots — these are institutional levels, respect them as hard zones
• Signal Proximity 1.5 × ATR means price must be within ~$3–5 of a level for the bonus to count on Gold
• Always confirm 15M BIAS first — without it you are trading blind on 5M
1
Open a 1H chart first thing every morning before trading.
2
Check the table: is 1H Macro EMA showing BULL or BEAR?
3
This is your trading bias for the day. BULL = only look for longs on lower TFs. BEAR = only look for shorts.
4
If the BIAS row shows NEUTRAL on the 1H, do not trade that session.
✔ Day is BULLISH when:
- 1H Macro EMA = BULL ✔
- Score L column higher
- Bias = ⬆ BULLISH
✔ Day is BEARISH when:
- 1H Macro EMA = BEAR ✘
- Score S column higher
- Bias = ⬇ BEARISH
1
After confirming the 1H bias, switch to the 30M chart.
2
Check: are 15M EMA and 5M EMA both agreeing with the 1H direction?
3
Look at 15M Pressure — is there real candle momentum in the right direction?
4
If 30M is choppy or against the 1H trend — skip this session.
1
This is your primary working chart. Most of your time should be spent here.
2
Wait for 15M EMA to agree with your 1H bias. If 1H = BULL, wait for 15M EMA to show BULL too.
3
Watch 15M Pressure — you want to see consecutive strong bullish (for longs) or bearish (for shorts) candles building.
4
When the SCORE reaches 5+ and BIAS matches 1H → prepare to enter on the next 5M signal.
15M Long Setup:
- 1H Macro = BULL ✔
- 15M EMA = BULL ✔
- 15M Pressure = BUY ✔
- Green background glow
15M Short Setup:
- 1H Macro = BEAR ✘
- 15M EMA = BEAR ✘
- 15M Pressure = SELL ✔
- Red background glow
1
Switch to 5M only after the 15M setup is confirmed. Never enter on 5M without 15M and 1H agreeing.
2
Wait for the ▲ LONG or ▼ SHORT label to appear on the 5M chart.
3
Check the Score label next to the signal. Only enter if score is 5 or higher. Prefer 7+.
4
Enter at market price. Your SL and TP lines appear automatically. Set your orders on those levels.
5
When the BE✓ diamond appears → immediately move stop loss to entry price. Free trade.
1
Advanced only. On 1M, the indicator uses current chart data since 5M is lower — understand this means signals are very short-term.
2
Only scalp on 1M when all higher TFs (1H, 15M, 5M) are aligned in the same direction. Never scalp against the 1H trend.
3
On 1M, require a score of 6 or higher — noise is higher on this timeframe.
4
Use tighter position sizing. 1M trades have smaller targets. TP at 50–100% of the normal TP level.
5
Watch the Cooldown gate — on 1M it defaults to 10 bars = only 10 minutes. Consider increasing to 20 bars.
Section 06

Section 07
Risk Management Rules
The indicator manages SL and TP for you automatically. These are the human rules you must follow on top of it.
1%
Risk Per Trade
Never risk more than 1% of your account on a single trade. The SL is already set — size your position so that hitting the SL = 1% loss.
1:2
Risk to Reward
The default TP is set at 3× the SL distance. This gives you a 1:2 minimum R:R ratio. Never take trades with less than 1:1.5 R:R.
3×
Daily Loss Limit
If you lose 3 trades in a row in one session, stop trading for the day. Market conditions may not suit the indicator that day.
BE
Move Stop to Entry
When the yellow BE✓ diamond appears, immediately move your stop loss to your entry price. This is the most important rule after entry.
NO
Counter-Trend Trades
If 1H Macro is BULL — never take a SHORT signal even if it looks perfect on 5M. Always trade with the big trend, not against it.
⏳
Respect the Cooldown
When the gate shows COOLDOWN, do not manually override it by looking for entries. The cooldown exists to protect you from re-entry loops.
Section 08
Do & Don't
The most common mistakes traders make with confluence indicators — and how to avoid them.
✅ DO
- Always check the 1H BIAS before trading on any lower timeframe
- Wait for a score of 7+ before sizing up a position
- Let the trade hit TP or SL — do not exit early out of fear
- Move SL to entry when the BE✓ diamond appears
- Use the background colour glow as an early pressure warning before the signal fires
- Increase the Cooldown Bars setting if you are seeing too many signals
- Trade with the trend direction shown by the 1H EMA
❌ DON'T
- Enter a trade when the table shows NEUTRAL bias
- Trade a signal with score 4 or below — minimum is 5
- Take a LONG signal when the 1H Macro EMA is BEAR
- Move your stop loss further away if it gets close
- Override the COOLDOWN gate and manually hunt for entries
- Trade every signal blindly — always confirm the full checklist first
- Use the 1M chart without all higher TFs agreeing first

Recommended Settings Per Timeframe
Every market and timeframe behaves differently. These are the proven settings for Gold (XAUUSD). Adjust once, then leave them. Do not retune every session.
| Chart | Min Score | Cooldown Bars | S/R Source TF | Pivot L/R | Purpose |
| 1H |
5 | 5 | 4H | 10 |
Daily bias direction only. Sets the trade direction for the whole session. |
| 15M ⭐ |
6 | 20 | 60 (1H) | 10 |
Best chart. Primary recommended setup. Signals here are your highest conviction setups. |
| 5M ⭐ |
6 | 10 | 1H | 10 |
Your confirmed 5M setup. Uses 1H S/R with 10-bar pivots. Cooldown = 10 bars (50 min). Score 6+ minimum. |
| 1M |
N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A |
Timing only. Use to time your exact entry after a 5M signal — do not trade indicator signals here. |
| Instrument | Body Ratio (body_thresh) | Why |
| Gold (XAUUSD) | 0.55 | High volatility, large candle bodies. Default setting works well. |
| S&P 500 (SPX) | 0.45 | Smoother, more gradual moves. Lower threshold needed to detect pressure. |
| Forex Pairs | 0.40 | Very small candle ranges. Needs lowest threshold to identify momentum. |
| Crypto | 0.50 | Volatile like Gold but spikier wicks. Mid-range threshold works best. |

Section 11
The Trading Workflow
Two proven workflows depending on which chart you trade. Follow your chosen one from top to bottom — no shortcuts.
MODE A — 15M Primary (Recommended)
Best signal quality. Fewer signals but higher win rate. Most suitable for part-time traders who can monitor charts periodically.
Flow: 1H → 15M → 5M → 1M entry
MODE B — 5M Primary ⭐ Your Setup
More signals, faster pace. Uses 1H S/R levels with 10-bar pivots. Min score 6/10. Cooldown 10 bars (50 min). Always confirm 15M BIAS first.
Flow: 15M bias → 5M signal → enter
Mode A — 15M Primary Workflow
Step 1 — Set Your Daily Bias Do this every morning before trading
Open the 1H chart. Check the BIAS row in the table. BULLISH = only take LONG trades today. BEARISH = only take SHORT trades. NEUTRAL = do not trade that session. This single step eliminates most losing trades before you even start.
Step 2 — Confirm the Setup Your main working chart
Switch to 15M chart. Wait for 15M EMA and 15M Pressure to match your 1H bias. Watch the background glow — green tint = buyers active, red = sellers active. When SCORE hits 6+ and BIAS matches 1H → setup is forming. Prepare to switch to 5M.
Step 3 — Wait for the Signal Entry trigger
Switch to 5M chart only after 15M setup is confirmed. Wait for the ▲ LONG or ▼ SHORT label. Score must be 6 or higher. Signal must match your 1H bias. When it fires → go to 1M to time your entry.
Step 4 — Time Your Exact Entry Precision only — no signals needed here
Switch to 1M chart after the 5M signal fires. Do NOT wait for a 1M indicator signal — you already know the direction from above. Watch for a strong bullish (for longs) or bearish (for shorts) candle with a large body and small wick. Enter at that candle close. Use the SL and TP levels shown on your 5M chart. Switch back to 5M to monitor.
⚠️ The Golden Rule — Never Skip a Step
If you jump straight to 5M without checking 1H first, you will take trades against the major trend and lose consistently.
If you trade on 1M signals without 5M confirmation, you will get shaken out by noise every time.
Always: 1H direction → 15M setup → 5M signal → 1M entry.
Top to bottom. Never bottom to top.
Mode B — 5M Primary Workflow ⭐ New
Step 1 — Read the 15M Bias Do this every session before touching 5M
Open the 15M chart. Check the BIAS row. BULLISH = only take LONGs on 5M today. BEARISH = only take SHORTs. NEUTRAL = do not trade 5M that session. Also check 15M Pressure — it should match your bias direction before hunting for 5M entries.
Step 2 — Wait for the 5M Signal Your entry chart
Switch to 5M chart with your confirmed settings: S/R TF = 1H, Pivot L/R = 10, Min Score = 6, Cooldown = 10 bars, Signal Proximity = 1.5 × ATR. Wait for ▲ LONG or ▼ SHORT label. Score must be 6 or higher. Signal direction must match your 15M BIAS.
Step 3 — Confirm Prior Trend + EMA Slope The two new v3 checks
Before entering, check two rows in the table:
• Prior Trend — SHORT needs UP ▲. LONG needs DOWN ▼. If it says NEUTRAL, skip.
• EMA Slope — SHORT needs FALLING ▼. LONG needs RISING ▲. Both must pass.
All checks passed? Enter at market. SL and TP appear. When BE✓ fires → move SL to entry instantly.
⚠️ 5M Mode — The Non-Negotiables
Never trade 5M signals without reading 15M BIAS first. A 5M SHORT against a 15M BULLISH bias will lose.
Never take a 5M signal with score below 6. For best results, hold out for 8+ when conditions allow.
Never skip the Prior Trend check. A SHORT that fires when price wasn't actually rising is a weak reversal.
Your cooldown is 10 bars (50 minutes) — this is intentional. Do not override it by trading manually.
5M Mode: 15M bias → 5M signal (score 6+) → Prior Trend ✓ → EMA Slope ✓ → Enter.
